1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application and its support website. It does not replace the privacy terms of any external service you choose to connect or use.
2. Information processed by the application
Depending on the features you use, the application may process the following information:
- Workspace and business information: page names, descriptions, business details, frequently asked questions, reusable replies, draft content, and settings that you enter or save.
- Connected-service content: available page information, posts, comments, messages, leads, audience data, and performance metrics requested from a service you connect.
- Connection information: access credentials and related connection settings that you provide. These are stored on your device and used to communicate directly with the selected service.
- Photos and camera content: images that you actively select or capture for a page image or post.
- AI feature inputs: text, business context, recent content, comments, messages, or performance information included in a request when you choose an AI-assisted feature.
3. Support website information
When you submit a support request, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you provide. The hosting provider may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request logs for security and service operation.
Please do not include passwords, access tokens, authentication codes, financial information, or other sensitive information in a support request.
4. How information is used
Information is processed only as needed to:
- Provide the features and actions you request;
- Display, organize, and update your workspace;
- Create drafts, summaries, insights, and reply suggestions;
- Publish or send content when you direct the application to do so;
- Respond to support, privacy, and technical requests;
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
We do not sell personal information and do not use application data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
5. External services and data sharing
Information is shared only when necessary to provide a feature you choose, respond to a request, protect users, or comply with a legal obligation.
Connected social platform
When you connect or manage page activity, relevant credentials, content, and requests are transmitted directly to Meta Platforms services. Meta processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

When you choose an AI-assisted feature, the information required to generate the requested result is sent to the Google Gemini API. Avoid including confidential or unnecessary personal information in AI requests.

Camera and photo-library access is requested only when you choose to capture or select an image. You can deny or revoke these permissions in your device settings. The application does not request location, microphone, contacts, or tracking permission.
7. Storage, retention, and deletion
- Workspace information, connection settings, and cached content are stored on your device until you remove them, clear the application data, or uninstall the application.
- Information published or sent to a connected service remains subject to that service's retention and deletion controls.
- AI requests and responses are handled according to the applicable Google service terms and retention practices.
- Support requests are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
To request deletion of information submitted through the support website, email metabeck77@gmail.com from the address used in your request. We may ask for reasonable verification before completing the request.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. However, no device, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Keep your device protected and do not share connection credentials with others.
9. Your choices and rights
You may:
- Choose which optional features and permissions to use;
- Edit or remove locally stored workspace information;
- Remove saved connection information within the application;
- Revoke device permissions through system settings;
- Manage connected-service data through that service;
- Request access to or deletion of support information.

10. Children's privacy
The application is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the support website, contact us so we can review and remove it.
11. International processing
External service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their handling of information is governed by their privacy terms and applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in features, service providers, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
